"I have been living and working abroad in the field of education for the last twelve years and therefore have vast international experience and a truly global worldview. I have taught ESL in five different countries and have also designed an English curriculum for K-12. I have taught public speaking and designed a variety of public speaking evaluations. I have expert knowledge of English grammar and writing as I have written extensively myself. I have a BA Degree in History and have continued reading and studying history since graduation. My senior thesis was about the Russian Revolution and I have learned about the history of every country I have lived and worked in. I have an expert knowledge of Ethiopian History and have read and written extensively about the subject.

I love history and love to see students learn new things about the past. We can't truly understand where we are until we understand how we got here and we have to study the past to find solutions to the problems of today.
