I have both a Master's (San Francisco State University) and Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Dominican University) along with 15 years experience in the medical field as RN in (Step Down Unit, Telemetry, Medical-Surgical) and an instructor for RN, LVN and CNA programs. I also was Director of Nursing Program in San Francisco. I have exceptional grasp of nursing teaching techniques and principles and use different styles of teaching during my lessons: visual, hands-on, drawing, discussion. I have good teaching skills and a strong knowledge of how to convey information. I adept at explaining complex medical concepts and procedures to students from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Various students who attended my class have achieved a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX board exam.
