I help - especially in AP Language and AP Literature - as one of my students, you will see the underlying concepts of these classes (and do the same for SAT prep) so you build your confidence and succeed not only on the exams but also in all your writing and critical reading.

I provide support with regular class work, exam prep and also with general support for the entire courses.

The same techniques that help AP students also help all students who take a wide range of levels of courses; our discussions and mini lessons keep the focus on the my students' own goals. Throughout my career, I have taught all grades and levels of high school English, coached public speaking, taught creative writing and college composition. I am nimble with technology so have interesting strategies and methods to teach with.

My education includes an MST in English from the University of New Hampshire, a graduate certificate in online instructional design from Plymouth State University, a BBA in business from the University of Massachusetts, and many graduate courses in other topics such as law, leadership and science.
