My name is Jordan Akin and I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor's Degree with a Major in History and a Minor in Secondary Education. I also obtained my 120 Hour TEFL certificate from the International TEFL Academy. I have completed two Master's degrees, one in Online Teaching and Learning from Keiser University and the other in History from Norwich University. I have experience teaching 1st grade, History, and Math at the elementary through high school levels. I also have plenty of tutoring experience in ESL, mathematics, history, and reading courses. I enjoy helping students reach their potential, as each individual has the opportunity to be successful.

I have taken a few courses in college over anthropology and I enjoyed the professor who taught the subject, making it fun to learn. I have obtained my 120-Hour TEFL Certificate, and I have been tutoring students in ESL for several years! If you are struggling in the subjects that I am qualified in, then I will be more than willing to take the time to get to help you make the necessary changes to enjoy those subjects and to excel in them.
