"I'm Garrett. I recently became a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine. My background is in education, having taught English in China for 13 years. In addition, I am a United States Army veteran with experience overseas.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. My doctor told me that it was critical that I lose weight and reduce belly fat. I did lose that weight, and I've kept it off for 6 years now. I can show you how to do it too. These days I do a lot of body weight exercises, and because of this, I don't need a lot of equipment. By putting just a few things in my car, I can become a mobile gym and personal trainer. If you have a place to train, or would like me to come to you, let me know.
