"I graduated from the University of Washington Seattle with a Masters in Teaching for Mathematics. I wanted to go into teaching and am currently a highschool math teacher. I have experience with multiple math curriculum such as Illustrative, Big Ideas, and Common Core. At the moment, I am using the free time that I have to brush up on my math skills by tutoring. I have about 10 years of experience in tutoring all the way from elementary school math to AP Calculus and Statistics. I also have a lot of experience with tutoring for exam prep such as SAT and ACT as well.

What I enjoy about tutoring and teaching is the interaction with the students and the accomplishments of what they are able to learn from you. What I think is important about tutoring is not just helping the student in the content material of what they're struggling with, but also help them build up study skills, so they are able to utilize those skills in college.
