"I was a teaching assistant for nine years in the UK physics department. I have been an adjunct professor in astronomy at Roane State Community College, Walters State Community College, and Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College. I have been an assistant professor of physics at Lincoln Memorial University. During my undergraduate days, I volunteered to tutor elementary students. As a graduate student, I made myself available as a private tutor for high school and college students. I have also tutored all grades at the Mathnasium of West Knoxville.

I love helping students learn.

I was an outstanding math student. In high school, I was allowed to assist the teachers in some math classes. I have a bachelor's in math.

I have an MS in physics and PhD in astrophysics.
