"As a Hampshire College alum and a non-traditional student, I strive to create an environment where students feel comfortable. I am well-versed in writing and reading, and ran the Writing Help @ Night program at Hampshire College, a tutoring program available at the Writing Center during evening hours. I currently teach at Mount Tom Academy, specializing in working with students who face challenges in a typical school setting, both academically and emotionally.

Learning may not always be fun, but it shouldn't be painful. It's my job as a one-on-one tutor to take class materials and tailor them to the student. I took a non-traditional path as a student because I believe that everyone should have a choice in their learning.
