With students I tutor, I comprehensively and methodically review the key modules in the AP Human Geography course, including curated exam-like sample questions and rubrics from the College Board's released resources. We frequently practice MCQs I have authored and researched, FRQs from the College Board, and practice skills from the Course Description. I teach my students how to unpack the FRQ questions, analyzing the key command terms, and we even learn from released student samples from the College Board, amidst many other study strategies.

For students who book a minimum of 8 sessions with me, I develop a comprehensive study plan for them, including curated resources to study, lists of key terms, models, and concepts, and assignments of practice FRQs leading up to the exam.

Building my students' self-efficacy and confidence is of paramount importance to me. I want my students to find their "inner-genius," as I deeply believe it exists in all of my students.
