I graduated from Wesleyan University with a Magnum Cum Laude and Highest Honors and did my graduate work in History at Princeton. I won a Lincoln Center Competition for Piano and Composition during my senior year of high school, and served as a computer consultant to various companies, including Imagine Entertainment and New York Health and Hospitals. I have been offered numerous careers outside of teaching, but teaching is my love. I have taught students from many diverse groups and have a deep affection for all of them.
