"Hi, I'm Jordyn! I graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in English & Creative Writing and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Secondary English Education. Over the past year I have realized how influential my high school teachers were and how I would like to be that for future generations. I have babysat/tutored children for years and love helping others. Homework help was normally what I covered and I have experience with proof reading to assist those working on papers. I love reading and writing so I am always willing to share that love and expertise to get students motivated on the work they have to do.

My teaching philosophy follows the idea that no one size fits all when it comes to supporting learners. I take the time to get to know each individual's struggles so that I can help them in the most beneficial way. I am very organized so I am also willing to give tips and tricks with studying and keep track of all assignments because that can make it a lot easier for students to focus on their work.
