"I currently tutor high school level math for Blue Train College Prep. I worked for two years as a tutor at Mr J's Academy, a local private middle school and high school. I have also worked as a tutor at Kumon. I've earned a B.A. in Mathematics with a Minor in Science and Math Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I spent 130 hours tutoring high school level math at Dos Pueblos High School as part of my UCSB Educational Pre-Professional program. Before that, in High School I worked as a private tutor. I work to maintain and build proficiency in all levels of math. I tutor in an inquiry-based fashion because deep learning is a process of discovery rather than delivery.
