All throughout my life I have realized that I enjoy passing on my knowledge and helping others increase their own knowledge because in the end, that is the best outcome for everyone involved. For example, when I was joining the U.S. Army, before being shipped off to Basic Training, my recruiting office asked me tutor some of the other guys that were struggling with some parts of the ASVAB. I had agreed because I saw no reason not to help others any way I could.

I have no professional math tutoring experience, but did well enough in math all of my life to be able to teach basic mathematics. I informally tutored one of my Aunts a couple of years ago at the request of my Father. I taught a couple of fellow Army recruits enough high school math, algebra, and confidence in their own skills to be able to pass the ASVAB.

I have always had an interest in and passion for technology. In high school, I was a part of the school's robotics team. When I joined the U.S. Army, my job title was Cyber Operations Specialist. The training for that job included a 6-month course that went from how computers work at a basic level to programming to defense and malware analysis and everything in between.

I am now going back to college for my degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, currently have a CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certificates, and in my free time I am moderator of a python learning discord where we frequently teach each other things about python. Most of my time on that discord is answering questions, giving pointers, and providing resources to learn from.
