"I am here to assist you on the road to the future- please allow me to introduce myself.

I am a certified teacher with 10+ years experience in basic science, social studies, writing, and special education, and have taught in every arena from early childhood up to high school. I currently reside in the Kansas City metro area and teach Special Education at Grandview High School in Grandview, MO.

This is my first opportunity to tutor privately, as I've been in the regular classroom for my entire career thus far.

I am excited for the opportunity to engage students in one-on-one sessions and to tailor each session to the individual students' needs. I am a firm believer in that every student learns differently, at their own pace, in their own way, and that the cookie cutter approach does not work at all. A student learns by exploring his or her environment and moving at his or her own pace, and that's where I come in. I am ready and willing to come alongside students in their own learning journey and fill in where I am needed.
