"I am a credentialed Biology teacher and science and math tutor and have the content knowledge and teaching skills that are varied and catered to the needs of each individual student. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in the Biological Sciences in 2005 and was pre-med. While I studied Bio at the University of California Irvine, I worked as a tutor for my classmates in the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Calculus. I received my secondary teaching credential in Biology in 2007. Since then, I have been a Biology teacher at the middle and high school for the past 13 years. I also teach and tutored college students and adults in the subject areas of Algebra, Calculus, Chemistry and Physics. I understand how some of the science and math subjects can be challenging for students, so I try to make learning engaging and fun for my students so they can succeed and master the material. I am patient, energetic, and want to see all my students succeed!
