My name is Zachary Padgett and I have a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelors of Science in Marine Science. I have 1 year experience tutoring students of all grades, mainly college students. I currently tutor General Chemistry, Biology, and Writing at a local college. I also have 1 year experience assisting in teaching General Chemistry labs at the University. The professors I learned from taught their courses in an engaging and exciting way that allowed me to bring that knowledge over to how I teach my students! It is understandable that the field of science is daunting. I work to make my sessions entertaining and engaging to where time is not wasted and you learn. I will prep my tutoring session by making detail lesson plans such as introducing each topic and then go into detail on each one. I will then give enough time for students to ask questions and do practice problems!

I have a wide variety of knowledge in the field of science including but not limited to: General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Genetics, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and so much more. Each of these courses I received an A in. I have approximately 1 year experience mentoring students in each of these subjects. I also managed an undergraduate GPA of 3.80.
