"My goal is to help students become independent, life-long learners who can not only challenge themselves but also maintain academic success. Any student can learn when given the proper tools and opportunities. I develop and provide customized lesson plans to meet each student’s needs. By guiding students in the development of note-taking strategies, study skills, and problem solving skills, students build self-esteem and confidence in their academic success. I begin by finding student’s strengths and weaknesses. Starting with the basics, gradually building up to more complex levels, students develop a deeper understanding of each topic covered."
