"I am a Biomedical Engineering PhD student with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience working in research and academic environments. I hold multiple graduate degrees in engineering and have worked extensively with biomedical systems, electronics, experimental design, data analysis, and MATLAB. Throughout my academic career, I have been deeply involved in both teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, particularly those working on technically challenging coursework, labs, and research projects.

I have formal teaching experience as a university teaching assistant, where I supported students in engineering and programming-focused courses, and I regularly help students understand complex concepts such as signals, electronics, biomedical systems, statistics, and data analysis. My tutoring approach focuses on building strong conceptual understanding first, then guiding students step by step through problem-solving, coding, or data interpretation. I adapt my explanations to each student’s background and learning style, whether they are preparing for exams, working through assignments, or applying concepts to research or thesis work.

I primarily work with college and graduate-level students in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, MATLAB, physics, and biostatistics. Many of the students I work with are involved in research and need help connecting theory to real-world applications. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to build confidence and independence so they can approach complex technical problems with clarity and structure." less...
