"Hello! My name is Bjorn, and I am a mathematics and physics tutor. I am an enthusiastic and patient tutor with an appreciation for mathematics, and the difficulty in learning it. I aspire to help you understand mathematics (or physics) and the fundamental concepts behind it in order to help you improve your mathematical skills and achieve your academic goals.

I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a B.S. in Theoretical Mathematics with a minor in Physics. During this time I was a devoted student, graduating Summa Cum Laude and being designated the Math Department's Honoree Graduate. Safe to say, I know my math pretty well.

During my time at MSU I worked in several pedagogic roles. For two years I worked as a math department tutor, working with college students on algebra, trigonometry, fundamentals, calculus, statistics and plenty more, even getting several physics students. This form of tutoring was unstructured and allowed me to get plenty of experience with improvisatory education, judging a student's level and aiding them accordingly. For another year I worked as a Supplemental Instruction Leader, creating session plans and conducting group lessons in order to facilitate the group learning of the students. This all combines to three years of educating students at a college level in all settings.
