"With a strong academic background and years of hands-on experience, I specialize in supporting elementary students across all core subjects. I hold an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, along with Certificates of Achievement in Child Development at the Associate Teacher, Teacher, and Master Teacher levels. I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies with an Elementary Pre-Credential Concentration and am set to graduate in May 2026. My education has given me a deep understanding of how young children learn and how to adapt instruction to meet diverse needs.
Since 2016, I have also served as a Venture Officer with the Organized Play Foundation, where I provide mentorship and guidance to volunteers leading educational game-based activities. In this role, I coordinate events, support organizers, and create inclusive, engaging environments for players of all backgrounds and learning styles. This long-term volunteer work has sharpened my skills in communication, lesson planning, and community leadership—essential tools I bring to every tutoring session.
I have worked with children from preschool through sixth grade in a range of settings, including one-on-one tutoring, small group instruction, and classroom support. I use age-appropriate, interactive teaching methods to help students gain confidence and mastery in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Whether helping a child catch up, stay on track, or explore new topics, I’m committed to creating a safe and encouraging space where learning is both effective and enjoyable." less...
