"With a Master's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education, I've taught 27 years as a full time public school math teacher and have taught Calculus for the last 25 years of my tenure. Besides a Colorado state teaching license, I also possessed a voluntary National Board Certification.

My method is to explain concepts with creative, relatable, and entertaining explanations that have resulted in many students still calling me their favorite teacher (years after I've retired) and many parents thanking me for their child actually enjoying math and often embracing math-based career options or studies after taking my class.

The other side of my methodology is care. Building confidence and showing students that they are individually cared for is not only crucial for students to get the most out of our sessions, but is also what makes this line of work massively rewarding for me.
