"My name is Blake and I am 24 years old.

I have 7 years of experience in teaching and tutoring undergraduate level mathematics courses. That time is split between being a TA for my university math department, tutoring in the university math lab, and private tutoring. I tutor up to and including undergraduate levels of:

Statistics (including Probability Theory)

Algebra

Trigonometry

Pre-Calculus

Calculus

In 2020, I graduated with my B.S. in Mathematics with a Statistics Minor, 3.9 GPA. Currently, I am a Senior Data Scientist for a real estate investment firm in Chicago, IL but I work remotely from Columbus, OH.

The best way to get better at math is to have a clear and open dialogue on what challenges you're facing with the topic and to find a strategy that allows you to be efficient in your critical thinking process. Once the problem is better understood, do as many practice problems as possible.
