REMOVING THE WORRIES

Combating inflation, my online clients have enjoyed the same $36 hourly rate since Feb 2020! Clients may cancel anytime at no charge. Students enjoy the lessons, or they are free. Since learning hinges much more on temperament and attitude than intelligence, our sessions will maintain a calm focus -- always relaxed, flexible, humble and respectful. While success cannot be assured, especially for last-ditch exam prep, nearly half my clients on Wyzant have rated our lessons five-star. What I can promise is that sessions will be very different from "school" and ultra-direct.

WYZANT ACTIVITY

Since March 2013, 567 clients (219F, 348M) have purchased 2645 lessons. Only 33 of 857 in-person lessons (4%) and 157 of 1788 online lessons (9%) have been "one-time" without 5-star (*****) feedback. Repeat business includes 791 hours (29%) with 10 long-term students, 460 hours with two investment clients.

WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT

Many in college need to quickly comprehend a required course OUTSIDE the major field of study. Our sessions will focus on the 20% of a subject that can be used 80% of the time, positioning clients for a solid "B" in these tough classes with modest effort, greater confidence, and less angst. My interdisciplinary background in energy, electronics, human physiology, music, investments and sports offers a treasure trove of "true-to-life" examples that can engage youths and adults.

Many school subjects have math as "the sticking point" cast in the abstract language of symbol manipulation with formal rules to memorize.
