"I hold a Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, with additional studies in leadership and history. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed and facilitated dozens of workshops and learning programs for students in both one-on-one and group settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how to adapt instruction based on learning styles, communication preferences, and developmental needs.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked in higher education settings as both a facilitator and coach. At Elon University, I currently serve as an Assistant Director at the Center for Leadership, where I advise student employees and leaders on performance improvement, goal setting, and communication strategies. I’ve designed and led over 30 interactive training sessions annually for a diverse student population, covering topics such as conflict resolution, effective leadership, and workplace behavior. Prior to this role, I led service leadership programs at Florida State University and provided peer coaching, academic support, and training to undergraduate students.
