"I have a Master of Science in Elementary Education. My teaching experience includes 3 years of 1st Grade, 3 years of 3rd grade, 7 years of small group reading and math instruction for grades K-8th, and 18 years of tutoring experience. I have a Florida professional Teacher's certification in Elementary Education for grades K-6th.

I believe in life-long learning and that everyone can learn something new every day. Reading is my passion and it is the foundation to being successful learners. Thinking critically and communicating the what, how, and why both orally and in written format are crucial to one's success. Providing lessons that can meet the diverse learning styles of every student is very important to me.
