"My name is Debbie Napolitano, and I bring 24 years of dedicated teaching experience to every student I work with. I am a certified teacher with credentials in General Education (Self-Contained) for grades 1-8 and ESL for grades 1-8. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX, which enhances my ability to support both student learning and educational growth.

I am also a certified Academic Language Practitioner through ALTA, and have received specialized training through Take Flight via Scottish Rite. This training equips me with effective, research-based strategies to support students with reading and language development challenges.

Throughout my career, I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades, as well as summer school for 5th, 7th, and 8th grades. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive, student-centered environment where every learner feels valued and empowered. I believe all students can succeed when instruction is tailored to their individual strengths and needs, and when they are encouraged to be curious, confident, and resilient.
