I am a current high school math teacher with more than eight years of classroom experience teaching every level from prealgebra to calculus. Students and their parents often describe me as patient and thorough with my explanations. Helping students understand and succeed in math is a source of great joy for me. I truly believe that mathematics is beautiful when understood properly and I hope I can help you see that as well!

Whether you are struggling with algebra, trying to master proofs in geometry, or aiming to excel in advanced courses, my experience with high school math curriculum and working with high school students can help you meet your goals. My teaching and tutoring style includes lots of explanations and guided questions to help you discover solutions for yourself. Teaching professionally in three different countries has also given me experience working with students from various cultural backgrounds.
