"Hi learners! I’m Angela, a certified English and Special Education teacher with over ten years of experience supporting students in grades 6–12, as well as adult learners. I hold a Master’s in Teaching and a Bachelor’s degree in English, and I also studied at the University of Oxford as part of a summer honors program. I am dually certified to teach English and Students with Disabilities, and have pursued ongoing professional growth through trainings in literacy intervention, trauma-informed instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and executive functioning. In addition to my teaching role, I’ve designed and led professional development workshops on using inclusive writing strategies and visuals to support diverse learners, an area I’m especially passionate about. I also serve as faculty advisor for my school’s student literary and art magazine. My tutoring style is patient, strength-based, creative, and highly individualized. I adapt each session to your needs, academic goals, and learning style, helping you build skills and confidence.

I’ve tutored students both in-person and online, helping them improve their writing, reading comprehension, and study habits. I specialize in guiding students through essays, building executive functioning strategies, and supporting creative and analytical writing.
