"I completed my master's in Elementary Education in June 2019 and have my Elementary teaching certification, as well as an ESL and Bilingual Spanish endorsement. I currently work as a 4th grade dual language teacher, but also have experience teaching and tutoring all grades from kindergarten-3rd (both in-person and remotely). I have worked with students with a wide range of ability levels in all academic subjects, and have experience teaching reading and math in both English and Spanish. I specialize in working with primary students, but am happy to tutor older students as well.

Throughout my life, I've worked with kids as a preschool worker, babysitter, ice skating teacher, volunteer, and more. I love watching students progress, as well as the longer 1-on-1 interactions that I don't get as much in a full-time classroom setting.

I attended Northwestern University and double majored in Psychology and Spanish. After that, I received my master's in advertising from VCU and worked as a copywriter for 7 years. I then decided to switch careers and went back at Northwestern for my MSEd in Elementary Education. I also completed coursework for my ESL and bilingual teaching endorsements at Roosevelt University.
