"I am a certified French teacher (K-12) with a Master's Degree in the Teaching of French from the University of Southern Mississippi. My undergraduate degree through Mercer University in Macon, GA was a double-major in French and International Affairs and included a study abroad at the University of Grenoble in southeastern France.

I am in my second year working as a French teacher at Brookstone School and have seventeen years' French teaching experience prior to moving to the Columbus, GA area in 2022. I have a passion for the French language and culture and I strongly value a student's desire to learn the language. I am very happy to work with any level from basic conversational grammar and vocabulary through advanced history and literature. I have experience teaching AP and IB ab initio through DP French.

I have traveled extensively in many parts of France, both individually and in group travel (including having led three very successful student trips), and could additionally serve as a great resource for planning your trip to France around your interests.

In addition to my French language expertise, I have experience teaching English language and literature, Writing, World History, and US History at the secondary school level.

Due to my full-time teaching job, my tutoring availability is limited during the school year (mid-August to late May), but more open during the summer months.
