"Hi, I am Sarah! I am a certified K-8 Elementary teacher and 5-8 Mathematics Teacher in Montana and North Dakota. Additionally, I hold my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Mathematics for Education. I have previously been a tutor during college for high school and undergraduate level math courses along with elementary writing and math. I have four years of experience teaching middle school and high school level mathematics and English.

Teaching and learning holds such a special place in my life. I love to provide experiences that will not only engage but provide "light-bulb" moments for my students. I love to create opportunities in math where students can build their understanding, rather than being told a method to memorize. I hope to be able to continue my love of teaching throughout the summer by tutoring any subject, especially math.
