"I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education with a reading endorsement and have over 13 years of experience in education, including five years as a certified special education teacher. I specialize in reading intervention, working with students who need support in foundational skills like decoding, fluency, and comprehension. I am trained in structured literacy methods such as Orton-Gillingham and regularly use evidence-based practices to help students become confident, independent readers.

In addition to reading instruction, I support students with executive functioning challenges, including difficulty with focus, organization, task initiation, and memory. I help students develop practical strategies like goal setting, visual checklists, and time management tools that they can carry into other areas of learning.
