"Reading is my passion. Teaching children how to read and develop a love for reading brings me great joy! I bring a wealth of knowledge since I have been actively enjoying my career as a classroom teacher. I currently work for Suffolk Public Schools as a special educator. That has been my life for greater than thirty years. I have a Master's degree in the field of education from Regent University. I love finding the triggers that will help your child grow and learn academically.

I love trying new and innovative approaches to help your child develop crucial reading skills necessary for sustaining a successful life beyond school. Learning to read cannot be done with just completing worksheets. There has to be a connection with the skills that activates the fundamental reading skills.
