"I hold an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology and am a licensed school psychologist in the state of Kansas. For the past six years, I’ve worked closely with elementary students, teachers, and families to support academic success through targeted interventions and individualized learning strategies.

My training includes LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) and the UFLI (University of Florida Literacy Institute) Foundations program, both of which provide evidence-based methods for teaching reading. This background has equipped me to deliver structured literacy instruction that supports students in mastering phonics, fluency, and comprehension.

In my daily work, I provide one-on-one interventions in reading, writing, and math for students in grades K–5, focusing on building confidence, motivation, and foundational skills. I take a data-informed and student-centered approach, tailoring instruction to each child’s needs and learning style.
