"I currently teach Biology part time at Walton High School and work as a science tutor in the evenings. I enjoy the wonder and discovery that comes with science. While I love my classroom teaching job, I find it even more rewarding to work one-on-one with students.

I have had an interest in science for a long as I can remember, but that does not mean it always came easily. Over my years of studying and teaching, I have collected an assortment of tips and techniques for more fun and effective learning.

Though I am most familiar with the newest curriculum standards for high school Biology, I have also taught and enjoy tutoring Chemistry, Introductory Physics, Earth Systems, and Earth Science. Additionally, I have experience with middle school science and understand which skills students need to be successful as they become high schoolers.
