"Hi! I’m a certified secondary science teacher who loves helping students finally feel confident, and even enjoy, subjects that have been frustrating, overwhelming, or just confusing.

I’ve taught middle and high school science and tutored students from elementary through college. A lot of the students I work with understand things in class, but struggle on tests, homework, or knowing how to study effectively — and that’s where I come in. I focus on breaking concepts down step by step, filling in gaps, and helping students learn how to think through problems instead of memorizing and guessing.

I specialize in biology, chemistry, and physics, including AP-level courses. I also have experience, and I'm comfortable helping with math, Spanish, and SAT prep. I adapt each session to the student’s learning style, pace, and goals.

Just as importantly, I work hard to make learning approachable, engaging, and even fun. I believe students learn best when they feel relaxed, supported, and curious — not stressed or intimidated. I adjust my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning style and aim to make sessions feel productive and enjoyable.

Whether your goal is improving grades, preparing for an AP exam, raising an SAT score, or building stronger study habits and organization skills, my goal is for students to leave sessions feeling more confident, capable, and motivated than when they started.
