"I graduated from Dickinson College (B.A. in English, Phi Beta Kappa) and Loyola University (M.A.T. in Secondary English, MSDE Teacher of Promise Semi-Finalist). I have a current MSDE Advanced Professional License in secondary English and seven years' experience teaching and directing peer writing centers at private, independent Maryland high schools. In addition, I have over fifteen years' experience as a tutor and teaching assistant, including as an undergraduate writing tutor, TA for undergraduate writing-intensive courses, and TA at Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth.
