"I am a certified secondary history and social studies teacher, as well as a college professor, with a BA, MT, M.Ed. and Ed.D. from the University of Virginia. Additionally, I have 15+ years of teaching experience in Fairfax County and Falls Church City Public Schools, an independent school, and top-tier international schools in Europe, South-East Asia, and the Middle East. I have taught a range of social studies courses from grades 6-12, and I specialize in helping students with critical reading, argumentative writing, and test prep. Furthermore, I am skilled at helping students develop organizational and time-management skills, especially in regard to essay writing and project completion.
