"I hold a Master’s degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, where I focused on education policy, planning, and international large-scale assessments such as TALIS and TIMSS. I also earned a Master’s degree in Childhood Education, and I’m a New York State Certified Teacher with over 15 years of experience in the classroom. In addition to my education degrees, I have advanced training in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and tools such as R, SPSS, and Excel. This combination of pedagogy and data analytics gives me a unique ability to support students in research, writing, and statistics-related subjects.

I have over 15 years of teaching experience in both the U.S. and abroad. I spent over a decade teaching in New York public schools and South Korean public and private schools , where I worked with students in grades K through 8, primarily in ELA, writing, and social studies. I also taught middle school students and corporate adults in South Korea, where I designed and led lessons in English language learning, writing workshops, and academic support.
