I hold a degree in All Grade Special Education and General Elementary Education, and I have spent 17+ years teaching and tutoring students of all ages, from elementary school through high school. I specialize in math, as well as providing support for students with learning differences or special education needs. In my teaching and tutoring, I focus on building confidence alongside skills. Many students come to me feeling overwhelmed or discouraged, and I use patient, step-by-step methods to help them break down material into manageable pieces. I draw on a variety of approaches, including visual supports, interactive practice, and real-world examples, to make learning engaging and relevant.
