"I have been a classroom teacher for the past 10 years, working primarily with 4th and 6th grade students in a public school setting. I hold an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition, I have earned a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, which has allowed me to work with a wide range of learners across various subjects.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and academic needs, always focusing on building strong foundational skills and fostering confidence in my students. While most of my experience has been in full classroom settings, I also have experience working one-on-one with students who needed additional academic support. My approach is student-centered, structured, and supportive—whether I’m helping a child strengthen their reading comprehension or guiding a student through challenging math concepts.

Working with upper elementary students has given me a deep understanding of both the academic content and the developmental stages of learners in this age group.
