"Hi! I am a certified biology teacher with 10 years of classroom teaching and tutoring experience. I hold a professional New York State teaching license teaching students grades 7-12. My educational background includes a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and a Masters in Education.

My expertise is in Regents Living Environment (Life Science: Biology) and Regents Earth Science (Earth & Space Sciences). I am very familiar with the Regents curriculum and my students have over 90% passing rate every year. I focus on test prep using Regents questions and reviewing concepts to help students build a solid understanding of the subject. What I love about teaching is the opportunity to help students build confidence in their ability to learn and to improve their grades.

I also have years of experience grading Living Environment and Earth Science Regents exams. During grading, I have the opportunity to see common mistakes that students make on their exams and I address those mistakes so my students don’t make the same mistakes.
