"Hi! I am Unnatti, a recent MS grad in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. My undergrad was also in Chemical Engineering (with honors), from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. I have experience teaching undergraduate and graduate-level chemical engineering courses. I have delivered lectures and taught in group and one-on-one sessions.

I like to tailor my teaching approach to the student's individual needs and relate the concepts with real-life examples and analogies. This method prevents students from feeling detached from the lesson and allows them to provide input about their personal experiences. Education grounded in experience is what builds knowledge! As a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, I was appointed the sole teaching assistant for the Advanced Thermodynamics class for three consecutive years based on good student feedback. So I believe my methods suit the students well too.

I love to see my students gain confidence as they start understanding an elusive concept. Their growing fascination for a subject I love is an incredibly rewarding feeling. It's somewhat like introducing your friends to your favorite TV show and watching them become even bigger fans than yourself!
