"Hi, I’m Eman. I have obtained a doctorate in Polymer Chemistry from New York University. I have three years of tutoring experience in general chemistry I & II, organic chemistry I & II and calculus. I have tutored both college and high school students and I have received a certification from the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA). I graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a concentration in biochemistry from Macalester College.

I really enjoy Chemistry and Mathematics and I try to reflect that enthusiasm in my tutoring sessions. I use lesson plans in which I initially introduce the importance/ application of a topic, then I explicitly teach the material. I like to end the session with a short quiz to practice the material.
