"Hello, I’m Monique. I earned my B.S. in Chemistry from UC Riverside in 2023 and I’m currently pursuing my M.Ed. in Secondary Education as I prepare to teach high school Chemistry. Most recently I’ve been tutoring with Club Z! and completing my masters program requirements of in-person classroom observations and practice teaching. I support high school Chemistry and Math (Algebra I, Geometry).

My style is calm and clear: we break problems into manageable steps, practice with purpose, and build the kind of confidence that shows up on quizzes and labs. I align sessions to what you’re doing in class, and I’m experienced supporting diverse learners with visuals, plain-language explanations, and frequent checks for understanding.
