"I have a PhD. and MS in chemistry from Ohio State University as well as an MS in science education from the same university. I worked as a research chemist in the pharmaceutical industry for 34 years. I have many publications in scientific peer reviewed journals. I have been tutoring students for several years in chemistry, physics, biology, and math. Helping the student achieve their highest potential is my priority.

My tutoring method is to start at the beginning: where the student is now, what are the weaknesses in the student's preparation for this subject, and then proceed to greater understanding, using the student's actual school textbook.
