"Hi! My name is Sean G. After graduating college in 2018, I taught high school chemistry (general chemistry and AP Chemistry) for one year before becoming a full-time tutor ever since then. I am also certified to teach high school physics. Since I started tutoring, I have also tutored students in math courses up through precalculus. I love to teach and especially enjoy 1-on-1 tutoring as it allows me to get to know my students well and individualize my instruction. I am looking for motivated students who are looking to improve their understanding of chemistry, physics, or math. Whether you are looking to get ahead in your class, are struggling to keep up, or anything in between, I just ask that you bring a good attitude to our lessons and are looking to learn.

I can help you with questions that you have or I can prepare my own questions/lessons and help you get ahead or prepare for an exam. I tailor my lessons to my students' needs. However, the focus will always be on the students' learning. I am happy to help you with homework problems, for example, but I will build on them at times and ask you additional questions to ensure that you are learning.

A few policies:

-Maximum time limit per lesson is 2 hours.

-Maximum tutoring hours per week is 5 hours per student per week.

-I do not help with labs.
