"I bring a diverse and robust teaching background in chemistry and related disciplines. My journey began in Cuba, where I taught high school chemistry for one year in both a classroom and one-on-one settings. During that time, I specialized in preparing students for national and international competitions, including the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO). This role involved advanced instruction in inorganic, analytical, physical, and organic chemistry, fostering both deep knowledge and a passion for the subject.

Since moving to the United States, I’ve continued to share my expertise across various age groups and subjects. As a tutor for CogniTutor, I worked with middle and high school students on math, science, and English, tailoring my approach to each learner's unique needs. My role as an after-school instructor with Mad Science in Arizona allowed me to engage kindergarten through 8th-grade students with fun, hands-on lessons.
