"I have been a full time High School science teacher since 2009 with DESE issued licenses of grade 8-12 Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Currently, I am searching for college and high school teaching positions and industry positions in Chemistry and Physical Science. Tutoring is my most enjoyable activity outside my regular work. While I was teaching high school sciences, I ran after school computer and technology club and other activities related to "food science" and "medicinal chemistry". Prior, I have taught AP and Honor Chemistry, IB Science, CP Chemistry, Physics and CP Biology in districts with diverse student body. Currently I hold initial licenses to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics (8-12) in Massachusetts. I keep up my learning and continue learning online and taking classes. I am a native of Hong Kong from where I have earned my B.Sc. (major in Chemistry and minor in Marketing) and M.Phil. degree in Organometallic Chemistry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong before I came to US in the late 80's. I earned my PhD degree from the Physical Science Division of the University of Chicago on 1993, working with highly-strained, cage-shaped, non-natural products, specifically the cubane and cubylcarbinyl systems. I determined the fastest rearrangement rate of any aliphatic hydrocarbon radical at the time.
