"Whether you're a high school senior tackling the Common App and supplemental essays, a graduate student crafting a personal statement, or a parent looking for expert guidance for your child—I'm here to help you navigate this process with confidence.
My Approach: I believe every student has a compelling story to tell. My role is to help uncover those unique experiences and perspectives that make an application memorable. Through structured brainstorming, strategic planning, and thoughtful revision, we'll craft essays that are authentic, engaging, and true to who you are.
What I Offer: I work with students on all aspects of the application essay process, including brainstorming and topic selection, essay structure and narrative flow, multiple rounds of feedback and revision, and supplemental essay strategy. For graduate school applicants, I also provide guidance on personal statements, statements of purpose, and program-specific requirements.
My Background: As an education leader with over 15 years of experience in academic settings, I understand what makes students stand out. I hold an Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University and have coached hundreds of students and educators on effective writing and communication. I've helped students gain admission to top universities and graduate programs by focusing on what matters most: telling their authentic story in a compelling way.
Let's Get Started: Every student's journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and timeline. I look forward to helping you create an application that truly represents your potential." less...
